第一次评定职称会议，当我把我12岁就开始上班，8年的剧团生涯，5年的基层文化工作，4年级没上学，经过两年的美术学习，经过全国的高考，考上西安美术学院，大家的嘴都张得大大的！闭不住了！一致通过没有职称的我，可以一次评为小学一级教师！前无古人。
